8 Week Challenge Program    

  One-on-one program inclusions: 

  •       Initial consultation to discuss
           - your personal health objectives
           - your training/exercise likes and dislikes
           - pre-existing chronic/acute injuries
           - relevant medical history     
  • Fully personalised 10 week training program       
  • Option of dietary analysis to assist you to achieve your personal goals

Package #1 (2 or 3 sessions per week) - $45 per session  

Package #2 (bring a friend) - 2 or 3 sessions per week at $30 per person per session

Package #3 (small group session) - maximum of 4 participants at $20 per person per session

Package #4 (mix'n'match/build your own program) - personal sessions $45 & group sessions $20 per person
